Comprovação Científica - Efeitos da dieta Low carb na perda de peso e na saúde geral

Muitas pessoas dizem que a dieta low carb faz mal pra saúde, ou que seus efeitos não são comprovados cientificamente. Será que isso procede? Vamos ver o que a ciência diz a respeito? Vou apresentar aqui apenas alguns estudos, já são mais de centenas que comprovam a mesma coisa: O Melhor Tipo de Dieta para Saúde é uma Dieta de Baixo Carboidrato! Bons estudos!
